Where to put it, and what we left out
Paste the block into the <head> of the page it describes. LocalBusiness belongs on your homepage or contact page, Service on the relevant service page, FAQ on the page where those questions are actually visible to users. Marking up questions that do not appear on the page breaches Google’s guidelines.
There is no option to add review or rating markup here, and that is deliberate. Reviews you collect about your own business are self-serving: Google will not show stars for them on a LocalBusiness or Organization, and the markup carries a manual action risk.
