We provide local SEO and related digital marketing services. Work is carried out on a rolling monthly basis with no lock-in contract. The specific scope of work is agreed with each client before we begin and may be adjusted by agreement.

To help us deliver the best results, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information and timely access to the accounts and platforms we need
• Ensure any content or materials you supply are lawful and do not infringe the rights of others
• Respond to reasonable requests so that work can progress
• Use our website and services only for lawful purposes

Services are billed monthly in advance at the rate agreed with you. Any third-party costs, such as advertising spend or paid tools, are separate and always agreed with you before they are incurred. Invoices are payable by the date stated on the invoice.

You retain full ownership of your website, Google Business Profile, advertising accounts and all associated data at all times, during and after our work together. We retain ownership of our own methods, templates and know-how.

We use recognised, ethical best practices to improve your visibility in local search. Search engine rankings depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms and the actions of competitors. For this reason we cannot guarantee specific rankings, positions or results, and any timeframes we give are estimates based on experience.

Because we work on a rolling monthly basis, you may cancel at any time by giving notice before your next billing date. On cancellation we will hand over access and any deliverables due, and you keep ownership of your accounts and data.

Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information shared in the course of our work and to use it only for the purpose of delivering or receiving the services.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and design, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy or reproduce it without our permission.

Our services and website may rely on or link to third-party platforms and websites. We are not responsible for the availability, content or policies of those third parties.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue or data arising from your use of our website or services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with the date shown above, is the version that applies.
